Struct StripLane
pub struct StripLane {
pub output: u32,
pub area: Rect,
pub usable: f64,
pub leading: bool,
}Expand description
One display’s share of a strip that is partitioned across displays.
Each display holds its own window groups: they are laid out, panned and clipped inside that display’s lane only, so a group never straddles a seam and panning one display never reveals another display’s windows.
Fields§
§output: u32The display this lane belongs to (the compositor’s output id).
area: RectWhere the lane’s windows sit, in the row’s coordinate space: this strip’s band of the display. Every display stacks all of a workspace’s strips in its own height, so the band lies on the display whatever part of the desktop the row itself is laid out over.
usable: f64Width window groups in this lane resolve their fractions against.
leading: boolWhether this lane begins with the wheel-disc gutter.
