Struct CaptureTarget
pub struct CaptureTarget {
pub id: String,
pub title: String,
pub app_id: String,
pub visible_rect: Rect,
pub virtual_rect: Rect,
pub complete_rect: Option<Rect>,
}Expand description
A live shell/app surface that can be selected without first moving it
fully onto the physical display. virtual_rect is its place in Tilo’s
continuous desktop; visible_rect is the portion currently paintable on
this output.
Fields§
§id: String§title: String§app_id: String§visible_rect: Rect§virtual_rect: Rect§complete_rect: Option<Rect>Complete semantic page/document/canvas bounds supplied by the app.
Absent for ordinary and foreign windows, where virtual_rect remains
the complete surface. This is metadata only; execution asks the
live provider to paint again so stale picker geometry never wins.
Implementations§
§impl CaptureTarget
impl CaptureTarget
pub fn full_rect(&self) -> Rect
pub fn full_app_rect(&self, mode: CaptureMode) -> Rect
pub fn full_app_rect(&self, mode: CaptureMode) -> Rect
Workflow-appropriate meaning of “App”. A still image may expand an
app-provided document/canvas beyond its live window; video and PiP must
preserve the live window itself or a tall document becomes an
unreadable strip that changes aspect while recording.
