Enum CallerPrincipal
pub enum CallerPrincipal {
Person(String),
Agent(String),
App(String),
Bot(String),
}Expand description
Who a request is from, as the host’s policy knows them.
Variants§
Person(String)
A person, by their policy principal id. For a remote device this is the hex encoding of the user root its certificate chains to, so two devices of one person are the same principal.
Agent(String)
A delegated agent, by its agent id.
App(String)
An application, by its package id, acting under its own identity rather than borrowing the authority of the person using it.
Bot(String)
An installed bot, by installation id. It acts for the person who installed it and is never that person.
