Exact-pixel screenshot annotation surface shared by applications and shell.

The widget keeps strokes in source-image coordinates. Presentation may be fitted to any window, but save/copy always rasterise back onto the original pixels; a 7,000px-tall full-app capture therefore never becomes a scaled screen grab merely because it was edited on a laptop display.
