Retained host for a platform/native child view.
Unlike WebView, which paints an offscreen engine frame,
NativeView gives a backend the live parent winit::window::Window. A
Win32 child HWND, Cocoa NSView, GTK widget, media surface, or another
platform component can therefore remain native while participating in the
toolkit’s layout, focus, platform conventions, visibility, accessibility,
and teardown lifecycle.
