Compact, shared key/controller/gesture legends.

This is the component apps use beside menu items and controls. It also has an immediate paint entry point for shell chrome, keeping the shape language identical without constructing a temporary retained tree.

Shared vector controller/Joy-Con silhouette used in device pickers and shortcut help. It intentionally uses theme strokes instead of bundled vendor artwork, so it stays crisp at every scale and in high contrast.
