Uniform padding on all four sides, in logical pixels. Pass a token (theme.padding_standard, theme.tokens.spacing.s4), not a number.

taffy’s own length(px) also infers a uniform Rect when assigned to a padding field; this named form states the intent at the call site and, like the other two helpers, clamps a negative value to zero instead of handing taffy an undefined inset.
