Constant WIDTH_FLOOR_PX

pub const WIDTH_FLOOR_PX: f64 = 240.0; // 240f64

A pure fraction has no floor — 15% of an 800px strip is 120px, too narrow for a tab pill or scrollbar — so resolved width clamps up to this (and back down to the strip width if that’s narrower still).
