Undo a run of changes by writing its inverse forward into doc.

by is the actor hex whose run this is; later changes under that same actor are not treated as somebody building on it.

The transaction is left open: the caller commits, so the undo lands stamped and attributed under whoever asked for it, exactly like a typed edit. A caller that forgets to commit has written nothing.

Errors

Propagates RevertError from run_bounds when run cannot be addressed in doc.
