Export the Android entry point for this binary’s main.

On Android an app is a shared library that TiloActivity loads, not an executable, so there is no process main. Invoked once at the top level of an app’s main.rs, this defines the android_main the activity calls, which prepares the process and runs that same main. On every other target it expands to nothing. tilo-app build --platform android builds the file as a cdylib example. android_main!(entry) runs entry instead of main, as dev_reload_entry! does for an app library.
