The screenshot theme for capture frontends that have no LaunchArgs
(the ui-shots examples): TILO_SHOTS_THEME, TILO_SHOTS_TEXT_SCALE and
the motion preference through the same policy as shot_theme. An
unknown theme name is an error rather than a silent fall back to dark, so
a mis-typed light capture cannot masquerade as a dark one.
