The contiguous run of changes authored by actor_hex, ending at the
document’s newest change by that actor.
How “undo what the agent just did” finds its target when nobody recorded a run: the agent commits under one stable actor, so its work is a maximal run of consecutive changes under that actor, stopping at the first change by anybody else.
